Dr. Lo Ka Shui
Chairman and Managing Director
Dr. Lo Ka Shui is the Chairman of the Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Great Eagle Holdings Limited, the Chairman of the publicly listed trusts, Champion Real Estate Investment Trust and Langham Hospitality Investments. Dr. Lo is a Vice President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, a Trustee of the Hong Kong Centre for Economic Research, a Vice Chairman of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and a Member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and from Cornell University with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree. He was certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. Dr. Lo has over three decades of experience in property development and investments throughout Asia, Europe and North America.
Adam Aasen
President
As President of Pacific Eagle, Adam Aasen leads the company’s corporate strategy, business development, and execution of its investment, development, and financing activities in the Americas. Mr. Aasen has over 20 years of real estate and hospitality investment, development, and private equity experience. Prior to Pacific Eagle, Mr. Aasen held positions at Buchanan Street Partners, Cantor Fitzgerald Commercial Real Estate, Wells Fargo Real Estate Capital Markets Group, and a private family office. Mr. Aasen received his master’s degree from Columbia University and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brigham Young University. He is a member of YPO and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Joyce Yonce
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Yonce joined Pacific Eagle in 1992 as Chief Financial Officer. She has over 25 years of experience in every aspect of real estate financial reporting and tax compliance. Prior to joining Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation, she was a controller for CB Richard Ellis in San Francisco. Ms. Yonce holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and holds the RPA designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
Jeff Brueckner
Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Management
Mr. Brueckner joined Pacific Eagle Holdings Corporation in 2013 concurrent with Pacific Eagle’s acquisition of 123 Mission Street in San Francisco. Mr. Brueckner assumed the role of overseeing Pacific Eagle’s commercial property management operations before being promoted to Senior Vice President in charge of Asset Management in 2021. Mr. Brueckner leads the operations, portfolio management and leasing of Pacific Eagle’s Commercial and Multifamily projects. Prior to joining Pacific Eagle, Mr. Brueckner managed core assets for GSIC and Sumitomo Corporation of America, and was the Vice President of a regional family office. Mr. Brueckner holds a B.S. in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis and the RPA designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
